"Worse than dying is never having lived." (unknown author)

I love this quote! I find that while many of us may have busy external lives with fun activities, few have rich inner lives. One of my favorite parts of my work is to help people do the "inside job" of creating a full internal life.

Any thoughts or reactions?

  1. I like this quote too. I think that too many people go through life without living. Living is not merely breathing. I'd call that surviving. Life is rich with ways to find who we are on the inside. This is the most important part of us because we connect to other people from the inside. It is not about shaking hands or giving someone a hug, but the inner connection made through these simple actions.

  2. Well said, Justin! Yes, it's more about the "inside job".
